OUR REFUND POLICY
At Marviano Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please note that gift cards, final sale items, and opened personal care products are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at Marvianothebrand@gmail.com with your order details and proof of the issue (e.g., photos). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. For exchanges, we offer replacements of equal value if contacted within 2 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
