Processing takes up to 2 weeks since we are a small business preparing orders in batches. After drop-off, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Express orders have faster processing (about half the standard time). Shipping speed depends on the carrier service chosen at checkout.

Yes, we ship to both. Please note: custom fees, VAT, and import duties may be charged by your country and are not controlled by us.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

Most returns happen due to:
• Missing apartment/suite number
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Wrong or incomplete full name
• Unclaimed international packages/customs fees
