Frequently asked questions

1. How long does shipping take within the U.S.?

Processing takes up to 2 weeks since we are a small business preparing orders in batches.
After drop-off, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on the carrier.

2. How does express shipping work?

Express orders have faster processing (about half the standard time).
Shipping speed depends on the carrier service chosen at checkout.

3. What is your darkest brown lip liner shade?

Our darkest brown lip liner is Espresso Martini.

4. Do you ship to the UK and Canada?

Yes, we ship to both.
Please note: custom fees, VAT, and import duties may be charged by your country and are not controlled by us.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us.

6. Why was my package returned?

Most returns happen due to:
• Missing apartment/suite number
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Wrong or incomplete full name
• Unclaimed international packages/customs fees
Please double-check your address before checkout.

7. My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything.

Please:
1 Check around your home or with neighbors
2 Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
3 Contact the carrier directly, as once we ship the package, we no longer have control over delivery.
If the carrier confirms it’s lost, email us with their documentation so we can help.
